Open Spray and Mask Finishing Expertise
Capabilities:
Lakeland Finishing is a wet spray applicator of solvent and waterborne coatings, primarily on automotive components. We do open spraying as well as mask spraying with a wide range of manufacturing flexibility. Our plant is currently configured with 17 spray booths situated about 5 separate conveyor lines.
Our two largest overhead lines are both configured with a high or low bake conventional oven and both utilize robotic application and plural component mixing equipment. On these lines we finish a variety of PC/ABS, ABS, glass filled Nylon, and metal components. Paint applications include single component high bake conductive primers and topcoats, two component monocoats, and basecoat-clearcoats.
We have two additional overhead lines; one capable of carrying racked product, the other carrying trayed product through low temperature conventional ovens. Both lines are capable of processing any part with waterborne lacquers to two component monocoat applications.
Our last line is a flat belt conveyor with an infrared oven which can process a variety of parts requiring resist and waterborne lacquers applications.
We have extensive mask spray expertise with a mask washer capable of accepting mask lengths up to 72”.
Lakeland Finishing has been under the same family ownership and management for 15 years. Our business philosophy is to provide exceptional customer service, a rewarding and challenging work environment focused on our customers and fellow employees, and to reinvest in the continued success of our business.
